Never skip your breakfast


In the morning, often people are in hurry and tend to skip the most important meal of the day. Don't do it because all you eat in breakfast provides you energy for the entire day. Still if you do not have time, you quickly grab a snack bar, or one whole fruit, healthy sandwiches etc.




Eating frequently is equally important

Water too helps the purpose



Drinking plenty of water keeps you hydrated and do not make you feel drained out.



Limit your caffeine intake



Caffeine might seem to enhance your energy, but actually that's a momentary change and after some times it starts giving you jitters.
