All about vitamin A

We have often heard elders saying that take proper amount of vitamins in your diet , and that's pretty correct also because vitamins are actually indispensable for your healthy living. One of their sad part id that they are not synthesized in body ,therefore you have to be careful enough while choosing your food ,which must contain enough nutrition supplements.



Going by what the biology says, vitamins are mainly classified under two headings that is water soluble and fat soluble vitamins. For example take vitamin A which is found in dairy and poultry foods, when you eat them, they do not get washed out from your body easily in form of urine, so you need to follow the nutrition guide properly and consume them in moderation. In certain cases they are also synthesized in your body from the foods like carrot etc.



Meanwhile the other group that is water soluble is Vitamin B and C which you can take in large quantities as they get washed out from your body easily.



Coming back to main point or the essential vitamin that is vitamin A, it has various vital roles to play within your body. Generally speaking these health vitamins are essential for the normal growth of cells and their maintenance. Especially the membranes found in digestive and urinary tract. Another important role that it plays is the enhancement of your vision, that too when you are not in bright lights and lack of this vitamin often causes night blindness.



You can easily get sufficient supply of retinol and other types of Vitamin A from liver, carrot etc. But if you fail to provide your body with this vitamin you may suffer from various infections and also find difficulty in attaining proper growth.
